Active cultures, per capsule: Lactobacillus acidophilus 1 Billion CFU, Lactobacillus salivarius 1 Million CFU, Lactobacillus rhamnosus 1 Million CFU, Streptococcus thermophilus 1 Million CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1 Million CFU.

How to Use

One or two capsules daily, with food. Sixty capsules is a month at two a day.

Take them at the same time each day — most people attach it to breakfast, because that is the meal they are least likely to skip. No refrigeration: keep the pack somewhere cool and dry, sealed between uses.

If you are taking a course of antibiotics, the usual advice is to leave at least two hours between the two. Speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are on prescription medication.

Great supplement for my guts

Seem to be helping with IBS

For the past 2 months I had been experiencing some digestive problems. I was feeling uncomfortable and bloated and eating meals was not something I looked forward to any more. Does it need refrigerating?

No. Billions is made to be shelf stable. Keep it somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with the pack closed between uses.

Is Billions suitable for vegans?

Yes. The cultures, the capsule shell and the three other ingredients are all suitable for vegetarians and vegans. As with any batch-made product, the current pack label is the definitive statement — and if anything ever changes, we will say so.

How many capsules a day?

One or two capsules daily with food, at whatever time you will actually remember. Two a day makes a pack last a month.

Can I take it alongside antibiotics?

The usual advice is to leave at least two hours between an antibiotic dose and a live culture supplement. If you are on a course of antibiotics or any prescription medication, speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting.
