How do I amend, reschedule or cancel my subscription?
You can do this at anytime by either contacting support@leangreens.co.uk or via your customer portal.
Am I locked into a subscription?
Absolutely not! No one like to feel like they're locked into a contract which is why we don't do this. You can cancel at any time.
Can I choose when my products are delivered?
Yes, you can choose the frequency that matches your rate of use. Either contact the support folk at support@leangreens.co.uk or you can amend this via your customer portal.
Can I add new products to my subscription?
Yes you can! You can add any of our products including Lean Greens, Amber Boost, Drift Off, Billions, Good Fats and TRIM to your subscription at any time.
When will I know my subscription is due to be shipped?
We will send you a confirmation email that your subscription is due to be boxed up and shipped out within the next 3 days. This gives you chance to make any changes your require.
Who do you ship my parcel with?
We use Royal Mail 24hr delivery, so you should receive your order next day!
