In short

There are two ways to get your money back, and you can use whichever suits you.

30-day change of mind 60-Day Guarantee
Window 30 days from delivery 60 days from delivery
Condition of goods Unopened and sealed Opened and used is fine
What you get back Everything you paid, including original delivery Everything you paid, including original delivery
Return postage You pay Nothing to return (single pack)
Applies to Any product Drift Off, Collagen Greens and Greens Powder

If you have opened the pack and it hasn't worked for you, use the 60-Day Guarantee. That is what it is for.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it for any reason, without giving a reason.

We extend that to 30 days as a matter of policy. You have 30 days from the day the goods are delivered to tell us you want to cancel.

Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

Condition. To cancel under this section, the product must be unopened, unused, still sealed and in its original packaging, and you must have your order number. Food supplements are sealed for health protection and hygiene reasons; once that seal is broken the goods cannot be resold, and the Regulations do not require us to accept them back. If you have opened your pack, use the 60-Day Guarantee in section 2 instead — it does accept opened packs.

What you get back. The full price you paid for the goods, plus the original standard delivery charge — £4.99, or £3.50 on a subscription. If you chose our next working day service, we refund the standard rate rather than the £7.99 upgrade. Delivery charges are set out in full in our Shipping Policy.

Return postage. You pay the cost of returning the goods to us under this section, unless they are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered (see section 5).

You do not have to use a form, but if you prefer one, the model cancellation form set out in the Regulations is accepted. An email to support@leangreens.com is enough.

2. The 60-Day Guarantee

This is a voluntary guarantee we offer on top of your legal rights. It does not replace them, and it does not take anything away from them.

If you have taken the product as directed and it hasn't worked for you, tell us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund you in full.

  • The pack can be opened, part-used or empty. That is the point of it.
  • There is nothing to send back if you bought a single pack.
  • There are no forms and no questions beyond confirming your order number.
  • You get back everything you paid for that order, including the original delivery charge.

Why 60 days. A pack is 60 capsules and the effect builds over weeks rather than in a single night, so the guarantee is set to run for as long as the pack does. The 60 days run from the date your order is delivered. If you started a few days late and your claim falls just outside the window, contact us anyway — we would rather sort it out than argue about a date.

Which products. Drift Off, Collagen Greens and Greens Powder.

3. Orders of more than one pack

Where you have bought more than one pack in a single order, such as a 2-pack or 3-pack bundle:

  • The opened pack is covered by the guarantee. You do not need to return it, and you are refunded the price you paid for it.
  • Any additional packs must be returned to us unopened and sealed to be refunded. Send them back within 14 days of telling us you are claiming.
  • If you keep the unopened packs, you keep them — we simply refund the one opened pack and the remaining packs are yours.

How the refund is calculated. Bundles are discounted, so each pack is refunded at the price you actually paid per pack, not at the single-pack price. For example, on a 3-pack at £107.10 each pack is £35.70. Claiming on one opened pack refunds £35.70; returning the other two unopened as well refunds the remaining £71.40, giving you the full £107.10 back.

If returning the unopened packs takes your order below the £70 free-delivery threshold you had qualified for, we do not claw the delivery cost back.

4. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time, from your account or by emailing us. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee and no notice period.
  • Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges. It does not, by itself, refund anything you have already been charged for.
  • Claiming the 60-Day Guarantee also cancels your subscription automatically. You do not need to do both, and you will not be charged again.
  • Cancel before your renewal date to stop the next order. If a renewal has already been dispatched when you cancel, that delivery is covered by the guarantee and by section 1 in the normal way.
  • Each renewal delivery starts its own 30-day and 60-day windows from the date that delivery arrives.
  • Introductory discounts apply to the first order of a subscription. The renewal price and frequency are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email, and we will always email you before a renewal is charged.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

This section is separate from everything above and is not limited by any of the windows in it.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have a short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. After that, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is not possible.

For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we pay the return postage, and you do not need the original packaging.

6. How to claim

Email support@leangreens.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Which of the routes above you are using
  3. For a 60-Day Guarantee claim, one line on how you got on — you do not have to justify it, it just helps us improve the product

We will reply with confirmation and, where anything needs returning, the returns address.

Please do not post anything back before contacting us. Items sent to us without a return being agreed first cannot be tracked to your order and cannot be refunded.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
  • Where nothing needs returning, we process the refund within 5 business days of agreeing the claim.
  • Where goods are being returned, we process the refund within 14 days of receiving them, or of receiving proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take a further few working days to post the money to your account.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

The quickest way to change a product is to return the item you have under section 1 and place a separate order for the one you want, rather than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

9. Fair use

The 60-Day Guarantee is a goodwill guarantee, offered once per customer or household per product. It is not intended to cover repeat orders of the same product claimed back each time. Nothing in this section limits your legal rights under sections 1 and 5, which always apply in full.

10. Orders shipped to the European Union

Where goods are shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in the condition described in section 1. Our 30-day and 60-day policies above are offered in addition to that right.

11. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where anything in this policy would give you less than the law requires, the law applies.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can also refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to Citizens Advice.
