We want to make sure that you get your Lean Greens products as quickly and safely as possible.
We currently use two mail services which are Royal Mail and UPS. Which one we use is dependent on the size and weight of your parcel. Most orders are received within 48 hours, this timing is sometimes longer depending on the mail service at the time.
Any orders received before 2 pm weekdays will be shipped out the same day!
Please note: We do not ship on weekends or any UK Holidays observed by Royal Mail.
Our normal standard shipping means your order is processed and dispatched on the next working day.
This means if you order on a Friday after 2 pm, we don’t dispatch your order until Monday. (unfortunately, we’re not quite at Amazon levels just yet)
In England, Scotland, and Wales orders of less than £70 our Standard Delivery fee is a flat £3.99 added to your order total.
For orders over £70 we'll pay for your delivery costs!
You are free to order direct from us, or you might find that ordering through Amazon has cheaper shipping options, for example, if you are a Prime member.
No point sugar-coating this... Since Brexit, shipping our products to countries still in the EU has become almost impossible. So we've taken the decision to no longer supply to EU addresses. As the situation with the paperwork required, and easier cross-border taxation is resolved we will review this situation.
