How to Use
One or two capsules daily, with food. The figures above are per two-capsule serving, and at two a day sixty capsules is a month.
Take them with your largest meal. Curcumin is fat soluble, so a meal with some fat in it is the sensible place to put them, and mealtimes are the easiest habit to hang a supplement on.

The most important number on your turmeric supplement
Turmeric is the spice. Curcumin is the part that has been studied.
Curcuminoids in a typical 1,000mg capsule of plain turmeric powder.
~30mgDried turmeric root has 2 to 5% curcuminoids. Your typical turmeric capsule is mostly the curry smelling spice, and only a sliver of it is the compound the research is based on
So we built Amber Boost around the extract, not the spice.

Questions, answered.
What is Curcumin C3 Complex®?
It is a curcumin extract standardised to 95% curcuminoids, made by Sabinsa, and it is among the most studied curcumin ingredients on the market. Standardised is the word that matters: it means the curcuminoid content is fixed batch to batch, rather than left to whatever the root happened to carry.
Why is there black pepper in it?
Curcumin on its own is poorly absorbed. Piperine — the active in black pepper — is the standard answer to that, which is why nearly every serious curcumin formula includes it.
Why doesn't this page say what turmeric does?
Because there is no authorised health claim for turmeric or curcumin in the UK, and we are not going to invent one. Vitamin C does have authorised claims and you will find those quoted, word for word, next to the vitamin C figure above. Everything else on this page is a statement about what is in the capsule.
How many capsules a day?
One or two capsules daily with food — the pack states both. Everything quoted on this page is per two-capsule serving, and at two a day sixty capsules is a month. Take them with your largest meal — curcumin is fat soluble, so a meal is the sensible place to put it.
Is Amber Boost suitable for vegans?
Yes. Turmeric, curcumin, black pepper and vitamin C are all plant-derived or synthetic rather than animal, and the capsule shell is HPMC rather than gelatin. As with any batch-made product, the current pack label is the definitive statement — and if anything ever changes, we will say so.
How quickly will it arrive?
We ship the same day on weekday orders placed before noon, from our UK warehouse. Royal Mail Tracked 48 is standard, Next Day Courier is available at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over £70.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Skip, pause or cancel at any time from your account. No notice period, no fee, no phone call. We would rather you stayed because the product is amazing than because leaving is awkward.
