I waited to review to make sure it was a tried and tested product. I loved the original formula and have been using it for years. Like Sam I track my sleep,a good nights sleep on average for me was around 4% deep sleep and around 8 to 9 hours. On the new formula I’m still on 8 to 9 hours but my deep sleep has increased to around 10 to 15%. I work both day and night shifts,sleep is a huge factor in determining how my day or night is gonna go. I feel so much better on my days off too. You have to try it for yourself. It really is superb!

I’ve found as I get older it’s harder to sleep through the night, however drift off is a life saver, and the new and improve version does make a difference. I definitely have a deeper sleep and if I do wake I find I can drift off again quickly.

Best greens I’ve had and I’ve tried a few.

I've now had this bottle for a couple of weeks and found it very useful. I put water and my lean greens in and pop it in my bag to drink at work, it doesn't leak like previous bottles, it's easy to clean and not too big. I try to drink two bottles worth a day to keep the doctor away....lol.
