How do I use Collagen Greens?
Once per day. A serving is just 2 1/2 teaspoons mixed with 200-300ml of water.
We suggest mixing with ice cold water from the fridge, but because it's so neutral you can mix it with juices, smoothies or simply orange squash, just in case you're not convinced by the taste
What does Collagen Greens taste like?
If you've tried a greens before you'll likely find this the easiest greens on your taste buds. It tastes pretty smooth with perhaps a hint of grassiness, green tea. But honestly it's SO neutral compared to 99% of other greens you'll be just fine.
Additionally, because of the creatine monohydrate ingredient, it's not perfectly smooth in texture, there is a very slight grainy texture. But again much less than most creatine products.
