Lactobacillus acidophilus is one of the most common forms of bacteria, occurring naturally within your body. It is widely found in dairy, fermented foods and supplements. You might know of it as a "Probiotic"
Included in Billions, you'll find, Lactobacillus Salivarius, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum
It works by creating a hostile environment for the "bad" bacteria and is often recommended as a supplement to antibiotics, which kill both good and bad bacteria equally, upsetting the intestinal balance.
