Why You Should Steal Your Husbands Protein Powder

Yeah, I know, the subject of this article is pretty much alienating 50% of the population.

So if you're a husband or a dude without a wife/girlfriend/significant female other, feel free to check out some of our other articles and move on with your day...

OK, caveats out the way lets dive in.

During my days as a Personal Trainer, 95% of my clients were female.

That was by design rather by accident.

Guys are a total PITA to coach! Ego, testosterone and the whinging is intolerable!

All the guys wanted to know, was how do you get big biceps and a 6 pack (yawn), and generally, they wanted to know every shortcut and how much protein they should consume.

Thing is most guys ate more than enough protein for the level of exercise they did.

They didn't really need to smash 50 grams of protein every day from a barrel of protein powder they bought for a tenner in the Bargain Stores... and more likely did their body more harm than good

The women I coached had the opposite problem.

I couldn't get them to consume ENOUGH protein!

How much protein do men need to build muscle?
Is there such a thing as too much protein?

The obsession with calorie counting, and "low fat" everything, meaning they stayed away from a lot of really great protein sources.

And then trying to get females to supplement with protein was practically impossible.

No female wants to buy a barrel of a protein called... "Super Gainer 1000 Xtreme" or "Stacked and Racked 3000"

I was even telling my female clients to steal their husband's protein powder for a sneaky snack!

Thankfully the world has evolved in the last decade and protein is more accepted as a requirement.

About 3-4 years ago we created a protein supplement under the Lean Greens brand - TRIM

If I was still coaching female clients, I'd be telling them to add a scoop of TRIM to their morning smoothie. They'd get WAY more benefit than the guys.

If you've not tried TRIM yet, go here to buy a tub

Or go here to add it to your subscription

It tastes like melted vanilla ice cream, and it'll give you 26g of protein in just 120kcal drink.

No need to steal your husbands "Super Gainer 1000 Xtreme"

What does Lean Greens TRIM Protein Powder taste like?

Want to stop stealing your husbands 'Jacked & Stacked 3000' Protein Powder?

Why not grab yourself a tub of our super smooth, vanilla Whey Protein Isolate TRIM.

P.S It tastes like melted vanilla ice-cream... 👇🏻
