I've NEVER counted calories EVER And that includes the 8+ years I spent as the most in demand Personal Trainer in the capital of Luxembourg. In that 8 years I never asked my clients to count calories, weigh food, or measure macros
However, it doesn't matter which diet protocol you follow (if any), a reduction in calorie consumption is by far the most effective way to lose weight.
It sounds like a complete contradiction right?
How can I tell folk to reduce calorie consumption when they don't count anything! How could I still achieve incredible transformations from my clients.

You've seen the adverts on TV and in magazines for a weight loss product, with the phrase "Can help when following a calorie-controlled diet" I don't know about you, but the phrase "calorie-controlled" makes it sound like so much fun :) NOT!
If you've ever been at the mercy of cravings, there is nothing controlled about your calorie consumption!
